VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT IDEAS FOR HIM

Around this time of the year, people get stuck thinking of gift ideas for that special person. Now remember: the person(s) you give presents to on St. Valentine’s Day doesn’t necessarily have to be someone you’re in a not-so-platonic relationship with. You can get something for absolutely anyone.

We usually focus on the ladies on Valentine’s Day. This is going to be different.

That being said, this list IS about gift ideas for your lover/ husband/boyfriend/partner/potential something. And no, ladies. No singlets or boxers (unless they are the type listed below).

GIFT IDEAS FOR HIM

  • Grooming set: Is bae a member of #BeardGang? Get him a beard grooming set complete with combs and conditioners. He’ll love it, and you will love it when you no longer get super-scratchy kisses.
  • Scented candles: Just try to not get something to flowery, and make sure he is not a klutz. You don’t want to hear about an accident that got all his hair singed right off.
  • Game console: Make him squeal with child-like glee. Get him a game console and play with him. You can do it. You might even get to kick his ass at FIFA 16!
  • Dinner: Plan and execute! Treat him to a nice, romantic dinner. Take him out, or cook.
  • Lock-in: Stage a lock-in. Just the two of you, some snacks, movies, and the couch. Spend quality time together. Indoors.
  • Cologne/Perfume: I’ve never heard of a woman who doesn’t love a man who smells great. Get him something nice, and let him wonder what he did when you linger with that hug.
  • Spa treatment: Pamper him. Book him a spa appointment, and later on, give him your own sensual massage.
  • Cupcakes: Does he have a sweet tooth? Get cupcakes delivered to him. Cupcakes and a love note.
  • Clothing and accessories: Did you catch him eye those cuff links at that store with desire? Surprise him.
  • Sex toys: It’s always a win-win situation with these. Imagine your man being a warm, breathing vibrator. Mmmm…
  • Valentine/ love-themed underwear: Get him the cutest, silliest underwear with hearts and Xs & Os, get him to try them on for you.
  • Gadgets: If he’s a gadget freak, you know what to do. This will be a test to see if you’ve been listening to all his gushing about that latest gizmo.
  • Moonlit picnic: Yep. Cozy up and go picnic under the stars. make sure you’ve got insect-repellent spray or lotion on, though. You do not want to be the dinner.
  • Help out: If you two love to help people, you could volunteer somewhere or spend time with orphans.
  • Weekend retreat: Luckily, this year’s Valentine’s Day is on a Sunday. If you can, book a hotel, and whisk him away after work on Friday.

This are just a few Valentine’s gift ideas for Him. If you’re on a budget, don’t fret. There are always cheaper alternatives that he will appreciate. Enjoy, and remember to show love every day, not only on February 14.
